Merchant & Gould Featured in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s “Cool Offices”

The intellectual property law firm of Merchant & Gould relocated its office to the Fifth Street Towers office complex in downtown Minneapolis last August.  Their new space was recently featured in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s “Cool Offices” column.  The space offers views of the downtown skyline and allowed the firm to reduce its environmental footprint while promoting collaboration and technology.

According to Jacklyn May, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield team that represented Merchant & Gould in the transaction, “they did a fine job creating a multifunction gathering space that functions as a break room but can also live after hours as a client hosted event space.”
