Lindquist & Vennum Complete Lease at IDS Center

Represented Lindquist & Vennum LLP in the leasing of 81,000 SF  at the IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis.  A leading Minnesota law firm, Lindquist will relocate its 300 Minneapolis attorneys and staff onto floors 18 through 21 of the iconic office tower. The new space is designed to foster greater client service through increased communication, collaboration and community, according to its managing partner.

“With this relocation, we are re-inventing how Lindquist operates internally to make us more productive and responsive,” says Dennis O’Malley, Lindquist’s managing partner. “The best and brightest lawyers today are attracted to agile and flexible firms that provide a stimulating legal environment and a strong work-life balance. Our new office will underscore our commitment to that concept.”

Overall, the new workspace “is flexible, which was a driver in all our decision making,” says O’Malley. “Specifically, our new space will be more cost effective and easier to reconfigure to meet future change.”

Lindquist & Vennum’s 170 attorneys provide a full array of corporate finance, transactional, and litigation services for clients from offices in Minnesota, Colorado, and South Dakota.
